Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the highest standards of client service. Your communication skills and IT proficiency will be essential in delivering clear guidance and maintaining accurate case records.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring timely progression and client satisfaction
- Provide clear, professional legal advice to clients regarding their claims and legal options
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, settlement agreements, and correspondence
- Conduct thorough case investigations, gather evidence, and liaise with medical professionals and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate case files using IT systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, courts, and external partners to facilitate smooth case progression
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments in personal injury law to provide informed guidance
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with relevant legal accreditation in personal injury law or related fields
- Proven experience managing personal injury or civil litigation cases is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
