Junior Investment Broker (Fast-Track to Senior Broker)
Salary: £24,000 per year (£2000 Basic Salary per month + Commission)

About the Opportunity
Our client, a global private equity placement agency with offices worldwide, is seeking an ambitious and driven Junior Investment Broker to join their high-performing UK team.
This is not a traditional junior sales role. We are looking for individuals with the potential to rapidly develop into Senior Investment Brokers through structured training, mentorship, and performance-based progression.
You'll be joining a fast-paced, target-driven environment where success is rewarded, career advancement is genuine, and earning potential is directly linked to effort and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads to introduce exclusive private equity investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth investors.
- Support senior brokers on capital raise campaigns and investor communications.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Work closely with management to progress towards a senior broker position.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years' proven telesales experience.
- Thrives in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment.
- Is highly motivated by commission, progression, and personal success.
- Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is ambitious and eager to progress from a junior role into a senior position within a relatively short timeframe.
- Is confident speaking with professionals and high-net-worth individuals.
- Resides within a reasonable commuting distance of our Streatham office or is willing to relocate before starting.
