Position Overview
You will own drive of the programme underpinning Fourth's next stage of growth: optimising the enterprise platform across business applications, integrations, and data, and making Fourth an AI-native organisation. It is high-stakes, cross-functional, and visible at board level.
Primary Responsibilities
You will own delivery across the programme’s workstreams and the wider change portfolio, spanning two priorities:
Fix the foundations. Drive delivery of a single trusted customer view, the rationalisation of core platforms, ownership and integrations, governed business data with automated executive reporting, and a people system of record (HRIS).
Make Fourth AI-native. Support the conditions for safe, effective AI adoption at scale, and the build of the governed knowledge and customer-context layer that powers internal AI assistants, beginning with Customer Support.
Turn an evolving blueprint and shifting priorities into credible plans, sequencing, and measurable outcomes, adjusting as scope moves.
Manage dependencies and trade-offs across engineering, data, product, and business functions, and make the hard calls on what comes first and what waits.
Drive delivery proactively: anticipate blockers, force decisions, and chase the work, while resisting pressure to pull teams into tactical delivery before the plan is set.
Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications
Direct experience delivering AI, data, bizapps programmes, or strong evidence of getting up to speed fast in unfamiliar technical territory.
Experience with platform rationalisation, integration or iPaaS work, HRIS deployment, or core systems transformation.
