Your main responsibilities as the Maintenance Technician will be to carry out day to day maintenance, working between Rashielee and Inchinnan Care Homes, the services and grounds and manage the up keep of the gardens, car park and common areas in order to ensure that the care home is maintained in a safe and efficient functional order. You will ensure the Company’s high standard of presentation is maintained at all times and ensuring an efficient, safe and homely environment for our residents. You will be responsible for the security to outside storage areas and maintaining clear and accurate records in accordance with Health & Safety requirements, including fire, and practice and promote safe working practices within the Home.
To be considered for this role, you will hold a clean UK Driving License and have a vehicle. You will have a proven track record in building maintenance and at least one year's experience in a similar role. You are aware of Health & Safety requirements.
Pay: £17.00-£17.30 per hour
