Duty Manager – The One Who Keeps the Party Moving
Ready to level up? As a Duty Manager, you'll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the club running smoothly while making sure the energy stays high and the guest experience stays unforgettable.
What You'll Be Up To
Running the Show
You'll take the lead during your shift, making sure the bar, floor, door team and guest areas are all working together to deliver an incredible night.
Leading from the Front
You'll support, coach and motivate the team, jumping in wherever needed and setting the standard for service, professionalism and good vibes.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire
Whether it's a guest query, an operational issue or an unexpected challenge, you'll stay calm under pressure and find solutions that keep the night on track.
Safety Meets Service
You'll ensure health and safety procedures, licensing requirements and company standards are followed at all times, creating an environment where guests can enjoy themselves safely.
Making Every Night Count
From managing busy trading periods and coordinating staff breaks to handling customer feedback and supporting event nights, you'll help deliver the kind of experience that keeps people coming back.
What We're Looking For
· Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or management role within hospitality, nightlife or a customer-facing environment.
· A natural leader who can inspire confidence and bring people together.
· Strong communication and decision-making skills.
· Ability to stay organised and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and creating memorable nights.
