Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for the position of on-going Bank Saturday Cover. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our services on Saturdays, providing support to both staff and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and possess the ability to adapt to various tasks throughout the day.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with daily operational tasks, ensuring all activities run efficiently.
- Support team members in their duties as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping and inventory management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service delivery.

- Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
