About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Project Administrator to support project records, data entry, documentation, scheduling, and routine administrative activities.
You will maintain project information, update spreadsheets, organise documents, assist with correspondence, and provide administrative support to project and technical teams.
Previous construction or engineering experience is helpful but not essential. Training on company systems, project procedures, and industry terminology will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update project information in company systems
- Maintain project spreadsheets, trackers, and registers
- Organise digital project files and documentation
- Prepare routine letters, forms, and project documents
- Update customer, supplier, and contractor information
- Record project dates, references, and status updates
- Assist with scheduling meetings and project activities
- Monitor outstanding documents and information requests
- Scan, upload, and archive project records
- Check documents for missing or incorrect information
- Support preparation of basic project reports
- Maintain contact lists and project correspondence
- Assist with supplier and subcontractor documentation
- Respond to routine internal information requests
- Handle technical and commercial information confidentially
- Support general data-entry and administrative duties as required
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in administration, data entry, customer service, retail, or office support is helpful but not essential
- Applications from career starters and candidates changing industries are welcome
- Construction, engineering, fabrication, or project experience is beneficial but not required

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer and keyboard skills

Education
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are preferred
- A university degree is not required
- Relevant practical, administrative, customer-service, or technical experience will be considered
Pay: £25,420.00-£28,500.00 per year
