Working independently, you will be responsible for opening the venue, ensuring everything is prepared for the day, serving customers, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and helping the business run smoothly. Responsibilities include the following: Open and prepare the venue each day, ensuring everything is ready to welcome customers.
Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly.
Take customer orders and process cash and card payments accurately.
Prepare and serve light food and snacks (where applicable).
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the venue.
Restock the bar, fridges and other supplies as required.
Handle customer enquiries, special requests and any concerns professionally and efficiently.
Monitor the venue throughout the day to ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable environment.
Follow all health and safety, food hygiene and licensing regulations.
Work independently, use your initiative and resolve day-to-day issues confidently.
Help promote upcoming events and encourage repeat customers by creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with closing procedures where required and ensure the venue remains secure.
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
