To join Vivid we require:
As a Relief Chef representing Vivid Hospitality, we expect you to demonstrate professionalism, excellent punctuality, and strong work ethic.
- At least 5 years experience as a chef or (Sous chef minimum)
- Up-to-date L2 food hygiene and allergy certificate
- Strong knowledge and experience working with fresh food
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Your own chef whites, apron, knives and safety shoes
