With offices in London and Manchester, we operate nationwide, delivering exceptional service and compliant installations for homes and businesses across the country.
Following several major contract wins, we are entering a period of significant expansion and are looking for a skilled Solar installation coordinator to help with this growth.
The Role
We are looking for a Solar Installation Coordinator to assist in the smooth running of our solar installations across the UK. You will take a sold solar installation, liaise with customers, schedule work, manage parts and compliance paperwork, and act as the main point of contact throughout the installation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule installations, including scaffolding, roof work, and electrical work via our job management system.
- Ensure all compliance paperwork is uploaded and ready for engineers.
- Order parts from national suppliers and arrange timely deliveries to customers’ homes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their installation, keeping them informed of progress.
- Handle in-day engineer queries regarding parts, plant location, or schedule changes.
- Process completion paperwork and file accurately in our CRM.
- Provide aftercare services, monitoring solar systems online and managing repairs or issues with engineers.
- Liaise with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless handovers and a positive customer experience.

You naturally have a project management mindset and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, taking pride in delivering excellent service.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar operational support or coordination role.
- Understanding of solar installations and MCS requirements is desirable.
- Very strong organisational skills and customer service focus.
- Proficient in using a CRM, job management system, and Google tools.
- Project management mindset, able to manage multiple installations simultaneously.
