We're looking for a Campaigns & Partnership Manager who will create measurable social impact by designing and delivering colleague-facing Social Value campaigns that turn Plan Thrive priorities and ED&I commitments into action across Mitie.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and deliver time-bound Social Value campaigns aligned to Plan Thrive priorities, including homelessness, care leavers, people with lived experience of the justice system, wellbeing and ED&I-related themes, driving awareness, engagement and participation across the organisation.
- Create inclusive and engaging campaigns that empower colleagues to participate in different ways, working closely with Mitie's ED&I networks including Parents & Carers, Mitie Military, Mitie Women Can, Proud To Be, CHORD and Enable to co-create and champion meaningful activity.
- Establish clear standards, cadence and approaches for Social Value campaigns, ensuring activity is well planned, consistent and scalable, with clear purpose, target audiences and calls to action.
- Support partnership management activities including onboarding, feedback, relationship management, invoicing, payment processes and fundraising mechanisms, while working with charity, voluntary and community partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor and report on engagement, participation and outcomes, using insight to continuously improve campaign delivery, support impact reporting and storytelling, and ensure appropriate safeguarding, financial controls and governance are embedded throughout campaign activity.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written English language skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate colleagues and stakeholders who do not report directly to them.
- Knowledge and experience of ED&I and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders up to senior level.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Microsoft Word skills, alongside strong knowledge of reporting metrics and data tracking.
