We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrator & Order Processing professional to join our team. Duties
- Manage job leads and finances efficiently using CRM software and other relevant systems
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel & through our CRM system to organise data for reporting purposes
- Support sales administration activities, including updating customer information and processing transactions
- Handle customer enquiries via email and phone, providing professional and timely assistance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and delivery schedules
- Utilise Microsoft Outlook for scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Ensure organisational compliance with company policies and procedures
- Help with other tasks that may be needed by the company on a day to day basis
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administration or sales support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM software, Sage accounting system, or similar platforms is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software applications quickly
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a professional approach
- Strong time management skills
- Computer literacy including data entry, document preparation, and report generation

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
