The BoTree Wellness Club is a private members’ club blending wellness, culture and social connection. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Waiter to support the delivery of an elevated, mindful and memorable food and beverage experience.
As Head Waiter, you will play a key role in leading service on the floor, supporting the team and ensuring our members and guests receive warm, polished and personalised hospitality.
You will:

Deliver exceptional, personalised food and beverage service

Lead by example, creating a warm and engaging dining experience

Support, coach and guide the team during service

Maintain high standards of service, presentation and attention to detail

Work closely with the kitchen, bar and leadership teams to ensure a smooth service

Anticipate member and guest needs, resolving queries professionally and confidently

Help create a calm, welcoming and wellbeing-led environment
About You
You will have previous experience in a quality restaurant, hotel, members’ club or luxury hospitality environment, with the confidence to support others and take ownership during service.
You will be:

Confident leading a small team or section

Friendly, attentive and service-driven

A strong communicator with a calm and professional approach

Passionate about guest experience, wellbeing and luxury hospitality

Organised, hands-on and able to maintain standards during busy service periods
