Right now, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen family. You are the absolute backbone of the restaurant, and we want you to feel valued for the hard graft you put in.
What you will be doing:
- Washing plates, pots, and pans to a high standard.
- Moving between floors to keep service flowing smoothly—safely carrying dirty dishes down from the kitchen to the pot wash, and running clean items back upstairs to the chefs.
- Keeping the kitchen, prep areas, and equipment clean, safe, and organised.
- Helping our chefs with basic prep tasks when needed.
- Getting stuck in and being a positive, supportive part of a busy kitchen.

About You:
You don't need years of experience for this role. However, because our pot wash is downstairs, you do need to be comfortable on your feet and physically capable of safely carrying pots and dishes up and down the stairs throughout your shift.
