Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a practical, detail-focused Fabricator to join our team at Witheridge. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy working in a hands-on environment, and want to contribute to British agriculture through quality steelwork, this role offers a great opportunity to make an impact. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing daily fabrication tasks with care and efficiency
- Delivering high-quality work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Reporting equipment faults and supporting workshop safety
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety-conscious workspace
- Following company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Supporting other duties as needed and contributing to a positive team environment
Practical experience in fabrication or welding- Experience working in a workshop or yard environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings would be beneficial
- Understanding of welding techniques and equipment
- Awareness of health & safety regulations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in workmanship
