Self-Employed Delivery Driver – Southampton (DSO2)
We are looking for reliable self-employed delivery drivers to join a busy delivery operation based in Southampton.
Choose from early morning routes or full delivery routes, giving you greater flexibility around your working day.
TWO ROUTE OPTIONS AVAILABLE
EARLY MORNING ROUTE – APPROX. 6 HOURS
- From £119 per day
- Starting at 06:15am
- + £0.26 per mile fuel allowance
- Early morning start
- Ideal for drivers who want to finish earlier in the day
FULL ROUTE – APPROX. 9 HOURS
- £170–£200 per day, depending on route and vehicle type
- + £0.26 per mile fuel allowance
OWN YOUR VAN? EARN MORE
- SWB owner drivers: +£10 per day incentive
- LWB owner drivers: +£20 per day incentive

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Maximum 6 penalty points on your driving licence
- No disqualifying driving endorsements
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Comfortable completing multi-drop deliveries
- Able to work independently and manage a delivery route efficiently
- Smartphone required
- Previous delivery experience is helpful but not essential – paid training is provided
