As ivolve continues to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Partner to lead recruitment for new service openings across England and Wales.
Working closely with our Commercial and Operational teams, you'll manage recruitment from initial workforce planning through to service mobilisation and post-opening support. You'll provide market insight, develop attraction strategies and ensure services are fully staffed and ready to deliver outstanding care from day one.
- Lead recruitment for new service openings from planning through to mobilisation.
- Conduct labour market and recruitment feasibility assessments.
- Develop targeted recruitment campaigns and local attraction strategies.
- Build relationships with local partners, including colleges, Job Centres and community organisations.
- Monitor recruitment progress, candidate pipelines and onboarding activity.
- Identify recruitment risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Provide ongoing recruitment support as services grow and occupancy increases.
You'll have:
- Recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within social care or healthcare.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
- A passion for attracting and retaining great people.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting new service mobilisation or business growth.
- Knowledge of labour market trends and workforce planning.
