This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. An opportunity to develop and promote independence in a small home for Young People with challenging behaviour, emotional and learning difficulties.
The successful candidates will have a genuine passion to promote independence for Service Users by working with them to develop their life skills.
We are looking for applicants who are empathetic and have a passion for the care of support of young people.
Your new job includes:
· Working day to day with Young People, to include activities
· Promoting the Independence and welfare of Young People
· Safeguarding Young People
· Undertaking relevant training for your post
The ideal candidate must be energetic and with strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate that they have the ability to work in a residential setting. Your hours of work will be 40hrs per week F/T and 24 hours a week P/T on a shift rotating basis. Salary is competitive (to include sleep ins). You will also be flexible to work at other locations in Dudley, Wolverhampton and Birmingham.
