Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Manage cash register operations, including handling payments and giving correct change
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere, promoting repeat business
- Follow all health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and patrons
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Experience working in restaurants or bars is advantageous
- Good time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
