The on-the-ground role. You carry out the Reset visit and the treatment work. You work under the guidance of a Hadel Inspector and use our range of Eco product exclusively. You are the most visible face of the brand in a customer's home. What you will do
- Carry out scheduled Reset visits in residential and commercial premises
- Apply Hadel Eco products to the agreed scope of work
- Record observations and photo evidence as the work progresses
- Liaise with the customer professionally on arrival and at hand-over
- Maintain the vehicle, kit and product stock
- Hand the property back ready for the Inspector sign-off
What we need from you
- Clean enhanced DBS check (we pay for this)
- Full UK driving licence held for at least two years
- Right to work in the UK
- Physical fitness (lifting up to 20kg, working on hands and knees)
- Reliability and trustworthiness for working in private homes
- Basic smartphone literacy
- English fluency for customer interaction
- Attention to detail working to measured standards
