Job Description
Serve as a key leader in safeguarding the company’s personnel, assets, and premises. As the Assistant Manager for Security Operations, you will drive the strategic and tactical execution of safety protocols, ensuring absolute compliance with Philippine regulatory standards (including PNP-SOSIA guidelines and DOLE occupational safety frameworks) while aligning with the company's broader business objectives.
Your Role & Core Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Leadership & Expertise: Lead comprehensive physical and electronic security operations, acting as the subject matter expert for the department and providing guidance to internal teams and third-party security agencies.
- Ensure Safety & Quality Standards: Oversee daily security operations to ensure all duties are performed with the highest standards of safety, vigilance, and quality control.
- Drive Departmental Objectives: Actively contribute to and execute departmental strategies, ensuring security metrics and targets align seamlessly with overall company goals.
- Enforce Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, local laws, and internal operational procedures, mitigating legal and operational risks.
What You Will Champion:
- Operational & Technical Excellence: Drive excellence in all assigned operational and technical security tasks, including the management of physical guarding deployments and electronic security systems (e.g., CCTV monitoring, access control, and alarm systems).
- Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Spearhead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance security response times, optimize vendor performance, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders (such as HR, Facilities, Health & Safety, and IT) and external partners (local law enforcement/PNP, barangay officials, and contracted security agencies) to achieve a unified, secure workplace environment.
- Audit & Compliance Maintenance: Maintain and audit compliance with all national regulatory requirements and organizational standards, proactively addressing vulnerabilities and preparing for internal or external security audits.
