About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team on a temporary maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in administration, customer service, and project work, with opportunities to learn about the beer industry.
What You Will Do
- Process orders and manage basic administrative tasks accurately
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online enquiries, providing friendly support to members and customers
- Assist the Membership Services Team with projects and day to day tasks

- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently and in a team
Knowledge
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
