Job Summary
As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining efficient office workflows, and supporting our legal team. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a productive and welcoming workplace, ensuring all administrative functions are handled with professionalism and precision.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Support bookkeeping activities by managing invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Coordinate office supplies procurement to ensure the office is well-stocked at all times
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive)
- Previous administrative experience demonstrating clerical skills such as data entry and document management
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong typing skills for efficient document processing
- Knowledge of general office procedures and familiarity with clerical tasks
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of working with Crown Court Digital Case System, Common Platform, Egress and CJSM.
