We are looking for an ambitious, compassionate and therapeutically minded Deputy Manager to join our small team in Nottingham, with a view to fast progression into a Registered Manager position.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for employer-sponsored visa support.

The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the day-to-day running of the home, leading by example and ensuring the highest standards of care.
You will play a key role in:
- Leading and supporting a therapeutic care team
- Ensuring safeguarding and high quality care remain at the centre of practice
- Building strong relationships with young people, staff and external professionals
- Supporting staff development, supervision and team wellbeing
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stable environment for young people
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who :
✔ Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
✔ Have at least 12 months' experience within children’s residential care
✔ Have leadership or senior experience within a care setting
✔ Understand the Children’s Homes Regulations & Quality Standards (2015)
✔ Are emotionally resilient, reflective, and calm under pressure
✔ Can lead with enthusiasm, authenticity, and professionalism
✔ Are passionate about therapeutic care and creating positive outcomes for children
