We are seeking a dedicated Early Morning Cleaner to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our venue is presented to the highest possible standard before opening, helping to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both our customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning Excellence: Thoroughly clean all areas of the outlet to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Venue Presentation: Ensure customer-facing areas, washrooms, staff areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and ready for trade.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all company cleaning procedures, health & safety requirements, and safe working practices at all times.
- Standards & Attention to Detail: Identify and address areas requiring additional attention to ensure the venue consistently meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and the wider team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Eligibility: Proof of right to work in the UK and a UK bank account in your name.
- Communication: Able to converse in English and follow cleaning schedules, instructions, and company procedures.
- Location: Have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the outlet.
- Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred, ideally with at least one year's experience, although full training will be provided.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently during early morning shifts.
