About Us
Roots & Berries is an independent, family-run group of unique neighborhood cafés located in some of London’s most beautiful green spaces! We are looking for an energetic, community-minded supervisor to join our team at The The Tea House in Bishop’s Park.
The Role
As a supervisor you are the next generation of our management team. Working closely with the Café Manager and Assistant Manager, you will keep shifts running smoothly, support the team, and step up to lead the floor.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in Team & Shift Management.
- Barista Skills: 1 year preferred (but we can provide intensive training for the right leader).
- Mindset: A positive, calm-under-pressure problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Our Values: Someone who is kind, safe, community-spirited, resourceful, and loves adding a touch of magic to a customer's day.
- Logistics: Must have UK work authorisation and a reliable commute to SW6 6EA.
