J T CARE HOMES LTD is a long established family run group of care homes based in Fulwood Preston.
We are looking for a manager for one of our homes which provides care for elderly residents, some with early stage dementia.
Responsibilities:
Care planning and risk assessments for residents
Day to day management of the home including rotas, audits and infection prevention and control
Ensure compliance with requirements of CQC and local authority
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, either as a manager or deputy manager
Level 5 qualification(desirable)
A passion for providing excellent care and the ability to motivate the staff team.
Hours : 37.5 hours per week over a 2 week rota with alternate weekends off.
Enhanced DBS required which is partially funded by the Company. Refund of employee contribution after 6 months employment.
