Duties
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management to keep the office organized and efficient.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries appropriately.
Support scheduling and calendar management for team meetings and appointments, ensuring all events are well-coordinated.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Enter data accurately into systems like QuickBooks or other accounting software to support financial record-keeping.
Help maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure all departments are well-equipped.
Perform clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and organizing files to streamline office workflows.
Qualifications

Pay: £15,600.00-£21,157.50 per year
