Are you hardworking, reliable, and looking to build a career in hospitality and catering? We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Catering team and play a vital role in ensuring our kitchens and dining areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Working closely with our chefs and catering team, you will help create a clean, safe, and efficient environment while supporting daily food service operations across the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout our kitchens, dining areas, stores, and catering facilities.
- Washing and storing crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and catering utensils.
- Assisting with basic food preparation, including preparing vegetables and supporting chefs as required.
- Transporting food, supplies, and equipment between catering locations across the site.
- Ensuring food deliveries are stored correctly and supporting stock organisation.
- Following all Food Hygiene, COSHH, and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
What we're looking for
You will be a team player with a positive attitude, good attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. Previous catering or kitchen experience would be beneficial, but is not essential as training will be provided.

Pay: £27,672.00 per year
