We are looking for Experienced Complex Care Support Workers with experience in Seizure Management to support our new client. Please read our clients Bio below and what they and we are looking for.
About Me
I’m a 28-year-old man looking for a team of experienced support workers who
can help me live my life as independently, safely and enjoyably as possible.
I experience regular seizures, so it is really important that the people supporting
me are confident, calm and capable when seizures occur. I need to know that the
people around me understand my needs, can recognise when something isn’t
right and know how to respond appropriately.
I am Autistic and have ADHD, and I’m looking for people who will take the
time to get to know me, understand how I communicate and interact with me on
my wavelength.
I enjoy a bit of banter, action films and gaming, so having someone with a good
sense of humour and similar interests would be great. I’m not able to get out and
about as much as I used to, which means having the right people around me
who can keep me engaged, encourage me and make everyday life enjoyable is
really important.
My support is provided during 12-hour day shifts, with a mixture of 8am–8pm
and 10am–10pm shifts.

More Than a Care Role

banter, watching an action film or getting involved in a gaming session, we are
looking for support workers who understand that good care is personal.
If you are an experienced Complex Care Support Worker with strong seizure-
