The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA) provides lifesaving critical care to the communities of Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire, funded by public donations. If somebody is involved in a serious incident or suddenly taken ill, speed and time are of the essence. Giving a patient the best chance of survival, our Air Ambulance crew effectively take the A&E department to the scene of the emergency.

About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Volunteer, People & Culture Administrator to join our team at Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.
In this varied role, you will provide essential administrative support across our volunteering and People & Culture (P&C) functions. You’ll play a key part in supporting the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing engagement of both volunteers and employees, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, you will help deliver a positive experience for our volunteers and colleagues, while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with key policies and procedures. You will also contribute to engagement initiatives, inductions, training activities and wider organisational projects that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
