Oakwood Construction Services are looking to add a Reactive Multi Skilled Operative to our growing team.
Oakwood have a proven track record for delivering maintenance and projects to a great standard with customer satisfaction. We are based in maidstone and work across southern England.
We undertake a variety of works for commercial clients including hotels, pubs, restaurants, care homes, schools and insurance works.

Multi skilled operative & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a variety of repair works to commercial and residential properties including
- Painting & decorating
- Carpentry
- Basic plastering
- Tiling & flooring
- Leak damage repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrics
- The Multi Trader must be able to leave a finished job in a clean and tidy manner with minimal disruption to the home and it's tenants
- Out of Hours call Rota - 1 in 5 weeks
Multi Trader Skills & Qualifications:
- Ideally qualified in a Plumbing: Carpentry / Plastering / Painting & Decorating or similar
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety
