We are looking for a proactive Property Claims & Reinstatement Manager to manage property damage claims and reinstatement works from initial inspection through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Survey properties and assess damage.
- Prepare scopes of works and estimates.
- Manage claims and reinstatement works from start to finish.
- Coordinate contractors and monitor quality and progress.
- Liaise with customers, insurers, claims handlers and other stakeholders.
- Review quotations, costs and variations.
- Ensure jobs meet required compliance, health & safety and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate job records, photographs and reports.
- Proactively follow up cases and ensure works are completed efficiently.
About You
Experience within property claims, surveying, insurance reinstatement, property repairs or construction is preferred.
You will need to be organised, confident dealing with customers and contractors, and able to take ownership of multiple jobs.
A full UK driving licence is required.
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
