Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to secure apprenticeship and training vacancies
- Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Match suitable candidates to employer requirements
- Support learners throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Achieve recruitment and placement targets
- Attend networking events, careers fairs, and employer meetings where required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in recruitment, employer engagement, or business development. Ideally have experience in Early Years or education.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive approach
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies
