Cordwallis Bicester are seeking a professional candidate who has exemplary customer service skills to join the team.
This role is responsible for:
Acting as the single point of contact for the customer, providing relevant, accurate and timely information through each stage of the service process, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Supporting Service and Parts Advisors with answering calls, dealing with walk in customers and general administration duties.
Maintain the customer waiting and reception areas to ensure a 5* customer experience is delivered.
Working Hours
Hours of work:
44.5 hours per week across 3 alternating shifts Monday to Friday:
7.00am to 4.00pm
8.00am to 5.00pm
9.00am to 6.00pm
All with 30 minute unpaid break each day
Plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8.00am to midday*
Saturday hours are averaged over the year and paid monthly, you will receive payment for 44.5 hours per week
Salary
£29,410.94 per annum

You must be able to think on your feet reacting quickly to challenges that come your way, able to communicate effectively with your co-workers, you'll be happy working within a team and independently.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications (email, excel, word etc) and comfortable with learning new software such as Kerridge.
A "can do attitude" and happy disposition is a must, working in this family owned and run business.

Responsibilities:

Welcome Customers to the Branch.

Maintain customer waiting area.

Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach

Complete jobcard preparation for all workshop jobs, including pre calls and post calls.

Updating customers as directed by Senior Service Advisor.

Clarify for the customer and workshop the basis for the repair – Retail / Warranty / Contract

Inform customer of outstanding campaigns and arrange for work to be completed

Scanning Jobcards over to Admin Team for processing.

Completing retail and cash invoicing
-
Build rapport with all staff and customers
-
Assist in any area of Cordwallis Service Core Process from Scheduling, Pre-Calls, Customer Updates, Follow up Calls and future work planning.

Work in Progress (WIP) control for the branch.

To maintain vehicle history and service records in an accurate, efficient and timely manner in line with customer requirements and operator licence standards

To maintain invoice filing in an accurate, timely and efficient manner

To ensure up to date knowledge and training on all franchise requirements
- To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required

To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests

To comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures
