Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Interim Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team working for our client project on an outside IR35 basis.
This pivotal role involves analysing business processes, translating requirements into technical solutions and supporting project delivery across diverse business system modernisation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced client facing environment, leveraging their expertise in data analysis, project delivery and system design to drive impactful results. Your contributions will help shape decisions and optimise operational efficiency through innovative data solutions and process improvements.
Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Develop comprehensive process models using Visio and other tools to visualise workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage project lifecycle activities, with particular focus on COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) products and best practices, including planning, execution, testing and deployment.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Skills
- Stakeholder management in a technically and Change experienced immature client environment while working with an experienced technology consulting team.
- Experience with business analysis techniques including process mapping.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.
