Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Food & Beverage staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in restaurant service, food safety, and guest relations. Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including tables, counters, and workstations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Handle guest enquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and hygiene standards
- Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, with a strong focus on guest service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic food preparation and kitchen tasks when required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy setting
- Strong communication skills for engaging with guests and team members alike
- Experience with upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
