Following our success as Caravan Dealer of the Year 2026 and Runner Up in 2025, we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused vehicle handover specialist and sales support to join our growing team.
This is an evolving role and a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive and proactive attitude, and wants to play a key role in helping customers begin their adventures. No previous experience is essential, and trainees are welcome to apply.
The Role
As Vehicle handover specialist and sales support, you will work closely with our sales and administration teams to ensure customers receive an outstanding handover experience when collecting their new caravan or motorhome.
This isn't just a vehicle handover—it's often the start of a customer's next adventure. You'll be part of one of the most exciting moments in their journey, helping them feel confident, informed, and ready to make the most of their new purchase.
You'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers on collection day, demonstrating how everything works, answering questions, and ensuring they leave excited about the adventures ahead.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer handovers, demonstrating the features and operation of caravans and motorhomes.
- Provide clear instructions and practical guidance to new owners.
- Help customers feel confident and comfortable using their new vehicle.
- Assist with the presentation and display of stock, including vehicle movement and setup.
- Photograph vehicles and upload listings using our CRM system.
- Create short, informative videos to support customers and showcase our products.
- Complete handover documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Support the sales team during busy periods.
- Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience across the dealership.
- Assisting with sales administration
