We are now looking for a positive and enthusiastic person to join our front-of-house team and elevate our patient journey to the highest standard.
The Role
This is more than a traditional reception position. As our Front-of-house specialist, you will be the face of the practice and the driving force behind a seamless, five-star patient journey.
You will be a vital part of our Patient journey, oversee daily front-of-house operations, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional, personalised experience from first enquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
Working Hours
- Week 1 Tuesday – Friday: 8:30am – 17:00pm
- Week 2 Tuesday - Friday: 10:30-19:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 18:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
- Create a professional, warm, and welcoming environment
- Oversee patient bookings, diary management, and scheduling efficiency
- Handle patient enquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Monitor and enhance the full patient journey
- Ensure reception and waiting areas reflect a premium brand standard
- Support clinicians and treatment coordinators with seamless communication
- Drive patient reviews, referrals, and satisfaction
- Implement systems to improve efficiency and service quality
- Support practice growth and performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service
- Dental or healthcare experience desirable but not essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, confident, and proactive
- Passion for delivering a premium customer experience
