POSITION OVERVIEW
You'd be joining Incite's Atlantic Practice, working with major US and global businesses. This isn't a role where you simply keep projects on track. It is genuinely consultative and needs a true problem solver. You'll shape the thinking, advise clients directly, and influence the strategic direction of the work.
One of our biggest clients is MetLife - a major US-based financial services company that offer group benefits, insurance, retirement products and other financial services. Every year, MetLife asks a big question: what do working people need to do their best work, and what are employers getting wrong? The answer becomes the Employee Benefit Trends Study (EBTS), one of the most widely cited pieces of thought leadership in the benefits world.
The EBTS programme sits at the centre of the role. It's research of the best kind: big questions about how the workplace is changing, genuine involvement in shaping the themes before any fieldwork begins, and findings that get published and quoted rather than filed away. It is about much more than insurance; it is about understanding how human needs are evolving, what businesses need to succeed, and where the world of work is going next.
Beyond MetLife, you'll work across other clients as well, spending approximately 70% of your time on MetLife projects and the other 30% on other clients - with many opportunities to solve interesting strategic challenges and make meaningful impact.
