6hr contract working three days a week Monday Wednesday and Fridays 2hr shifts
Times 7-9am or 8-10am can be flexible to suit
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized regularly to meet health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to cover all designated areas within assigned shifts.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning products to ensure continuous availability.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or if not full training given
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Good physical stamina; able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
