Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring excellent communication between clients and service personnel. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to use various software applications effectively and also a basic geographical knowledge of the UK.
Duties
- Manage incoming service requests and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate schedules for service engineers to optimise efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and completed jobs using Commusoft service tracking software..
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Create documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations as needed.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and team members.
- Assist in clerical duties including filing, organising documents.
- Support the team in administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software or similar is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
- Willingness to acquire a basic mechanical knowledge of our equipment.
