Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using approved cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards consistently.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is highly desirable.
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles demonstrates familiarity with sanitation procedures and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
