As HUC’s most senior nurse and clinical quality leader, you will set the strategic direction for our nursing and Allied Health Professional workforce and embed a culture of clinical excellence across all services. You will be the visible guardian of patient safety, safeguarding, infection prevention and control, and clinical governance, providing board‑level assurance to regulators, commissioners and the Board.
This is a high‑impact role for an inspirational leader who thrives in complex, fast‑moving environments and wants to drive innovation, reduce serious incidents, and improve outcomes through digital triage, telehealth and multidisciplinary models. You will champion our “Build Your Own” ethos by creating clear career pathways, preceptorship, mentorship and CPD that help colleagues grow and stay. Working closely with the CMO, Operations and People teams, you will influence service design, quality strategy and workforce development while representing HUC externally as a trusted clinical voice.
