What we are looking for:
We are excited to grow our Casual Team to provide flexible support across the nursery. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love making a positive impact wherever you go, we’d love to welcome you to our team!
Prior experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred, but not essential.
Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Early Years Education are advantageous but not essential.
As a Casual Team member, you will be responsible for:
- Providing flexible support to our nursery team, stepping in where needed to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Assisting with day-to-day activities, including play, creative tasks, and learning experiences that support children’s development.
- Helping with routines such as mealtimes, nappy changing, and transitions, ensuring children feel calm and secure.
- Working alongside permanent staff to maintain an inclusive and positive atmosphere in the nursery.
- Following all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies to keep children safe and well cared for.
- Bringing a helpful, team-focused attitude and be ready to adapt to the needs of the setting on any given day.
- Taking opportunities to learn and develop your skills, with support from our experienced team.
