Private Members Club, Mayfair, London
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Hours: 5 days, 48 hour contract - closed Sundays
5/7 days 3 singles, 2 doubles with start times 11:30am or 3:30pm (latest finish 12.30am)
We are looking for a Pastry CDP Chef to join a small and incredible team at a members club in Mayfair.
The highest standards are expected in this pastry kitchen covering the 3 pastry kitchens on a rotation basis.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis
- A calm, and highly organised style
- Only Rosette, Michelin, 5* hotel or fine dining experience will be considered
Pay: £37,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
