The Primary and Community Care Academy
We are looking for an organised and proactive Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the Primary and Community Care Academy. This is a key role responsible for delivering high-quality administration, training programme coordination, system maintenance and data management and analysis, ensuring that that the Academy operates efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with colleagues within the team, as well as a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
This Coordinator post leads the administrative functions of the Academy, responsibilities will include;
Providing accurate and prompt administrative support
Managing the training and education process including bookings and attendance
Coordinating content for the Academy’s social media pages
Managing the Academy inbox
Data entry and analysis
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
