Job purpose
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, Identifying and qualifying businesses that can benefit from Stannp's direct mail platform.
Working with both inbound leads (demo requests, new sign-up, content engagement) and self-generated outbound prospects, you'll educate potential customers and schedule qualified meetings for our team.
About the team
Our sales team is responsible for supporting customers at all stages in their journey with Stannp, but this role primarily focus is on new customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound follow-up and outbound outreach, scheduling meetings and demonstrations for the sales team
- Manage pipeline accurately in HubSpot, maintaining data integrity and tracking all lead activities and customer engagements
- Articulate Stannp's value proposition confidently, demonstrating deep product knowledge and understanding of market positioning and differentiators
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership teams, providing market insights and feedback to shape go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- Excellent communicator with strong rapport-building skills, using curiosity and active listening to uncover customer needs and guide prospects through their buying journey
- Results-oriented and resilient, with a data-driven approach to daily activity, proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets, and high self-motivation
- 1-2 years SDR/BDR experience (or entry-level with sales aptitude) demonstrating strong phone and written communication skills
- Proficient with sales tools including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, with eagerness to learn and collaborate within a team environment
