About the Role
Construction Linx is looking for an experienced and dependable Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our growing team, supporting projects across our Facilities Management and Construction divisions.
This is a varied, hands-on position involving reactive maintenance, planned works, refurbishments, fit-outs, and installations across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties throughout the North West.
We are seeking a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and a professional approach on every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of joinery and multi-trade works across customer sites.
- Complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks to a high standard.
- Undertake refurbishment, repair, and installation projects.
- Attend site surveys and assist with project planning and quotations.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site preparation requirements.
- Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Complete job reports, photographs, timesheets, and other required documentation.
- Identify and report additional works opportunities to project managers.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and site procedures.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a multi-skilled trade environment.
- Strong joinery background with proven practical experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Qualifications
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work Certificate
- Additional trade qualifications
