Job Vacancy – Sales & Booking Assistant
Location: Cardiff Students’ Union
We are a busy phone and laptop repair company based inside Cardiff Students’ Union, and we’re looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team.
Role:
- Booking in repairs for phones, laptops, and other devices.
- Providing excellent customer service to students and staff.
- Handling enquiries, explaining services, and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate records of jobs and payments.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is essential.
- Confident communicator with great people skills.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Tech knowledge is a bonus, but full training will be given.
Hours & Pay:
- Part-time / flexible shifts available to suit students.
- Competitive hourly pay + commission opportunities.
